Do you need professional advice and are on a tight budget or are you in the early stages of your bathroom or kitchen renovation project and are looking for direction on the right materials?
A Renovation Clarity Consultation gives you 2 hours of time to get the help you need to create a plan for the style of the materials for your renovation project, which includes tiles, plumbing fixtures, counter tops, lighting, flooring, cabinets, fixtures and flooring.
This 2 hour in-home renovation material consultations will determine the design style, colors, finishes, textures and patterns for your bathroom or kitchen renovation project. I will give you my professional advice on the best material options and the best shopping options based on your budget.
At the end of the consultation, you will receive a summary of the material suggestions from the consultation. In addition, you will receive my “Renovation Support Guide”.

This consultation is conducted in two separate visits to your home. During the initial consultation we will create a cohesive design plan that includes the design style, color, finishes, textures and patterns for the materials for your kitchen or bathroom renovation project.
At the second consultation your will receive:
- The material design plan that outlines your design style, color scheme and materials.
You will see samples of the recommended tiles, flooring, colors and finishes for your renovation project.
You will receive a “shopping list” of the materials, which will include prices and the ability to shop directly online from the list if you prefer.
A 25 minute “clarification” phone call is included in case you have questions.
